How AppLovin ate an Indie developers' earnings?

Hi, it’s been almost 7 months since I started using Applovin to monetize my Android apps having 30K DAU.

It was all working good untill13th of August, I got the following email with the subject “Account Suspension Notification”

This ENORMOUSLY AMBIGUOUS email caused me more than 2000$. July’s earning 1400 USD and 13 days of August’s earning around 700 USD VANISHED.

Following are the main reasons which are driving me crazy.

1. There could be dozens of apps in one applovin account and if a single ad placement of a single app is violating any terms then this should not impact the whole account.
2. Okay, you want to take down the whole account for a single app’s violation; that’s your (strange) policy, I accept that but what about giving a warning?
3. No warnings, direct account suspension? Okay, I’ll take that with a heavy heart. But what about an option to appeal, a second chance maybe?
4. EVEN STILL, you are a shy company and don’t like people reaching out to you for inquiries, accepted!!!! BUT BUT BUT …. what about the earnings of this month so far? Or even the previous month.

I feel so helpless at the moment and don’t know if there is a remedy for all this. Writing this just to vent.
